Pete helped build the world's fastest futures trading strategy using custom silicon at Citadel Securities, and more recently, he worked with a small team running quant research for crypto HFT across multiple CEX and DEX venues.
Ben was a systems researcher working on cryptography, privacy, and databases. As an engineer and quantitative developer, he's designed profiling tools for distributed systems and built low-latency systems for trading crypto.
Jasleen is CEO of Bains Labs, a compliance outsourcing and financial crime advisory consultancy specializing in digital assets. Previously, she served as Chief AML and Sanctions Officer at EDX Markets and spent over 7 years at the U.S. Department of State.
Kartik is a distributed systems engineer with experience in eBPF observability tools and cloud infrastructure. He previously worked at Pixie Labs and New Relic. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from UIUC.
Junwoo has over two decades of software engineering experience at Google, Brex, and most recently, a proprietary crypto trading firm.
Vighnesh is a hardware engineer with expertise in high-performance FPGA design, computer architecture, and hardware emulation. At PAX, he contributes to the design and verification of PAX's hardware-accelerated exchange algorithm.
Ryan is a quantitative developer and researcher with experience across low-latency trading systems and machine learning. At Tudor Investment, he built an HFT futures trading system end-to-end and optimized trading models and strategies. He previously worked at Pixie Labs and New Relic on high-performance eBPF observability tools.
